By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. You further confirm that you will not file any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against Stature beyond the remedies expressly provided in these policies.
2. Products
Stature sells compression apparel. All product descriptions, images, and measurements are provided for informational purposes. Actual fit, color, and appearance may vary. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Orders
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or any other reason. An order is only accepted once we send a shipping confirmation.
4. Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard shipping to the United States and Canada takes 5–12 business days after the order is handed to the carrier (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee on the product price only, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
- You must contact us first and return the item exclusively to the address we provide. Returns sent elsewhere will not be refunded.
- The product must be returned unused, clean, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Return shipping is at your cost and risk.
- We require up to 14 days after receipt to inspect the item and process any refund.
- Damaged, dirty, worn, or altered items are not eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Failure to notify us within this period may result in the claim being denied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stature and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Waiver of Claims and Lawsuits
By purchasing from Stature, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with a product is a return and refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You expressly waive the right to file any lawsuit, class action, or other legal proceeding against Stature related to the product, shipping, or these terms, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Stature. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any permitted disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of the United States.
