We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee on all Stature Compression Tanks. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 100 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at info@wearstature.shop and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the reason for the return
  • A clear photo of the item (recommended so we can assess the return faster)

We will reply with the exact return address and return instructions.

Important:

  • The item must be returned only to the specific address we provide in our email.
  • Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused or in the same condition as received
  • Free of dirt, stains, odors, or any signs of wear
  • Free of damage, alterations, or modifications
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging (if applicable)

If the item shows signs of use, damage, dirt, or alteration, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Shipping Costs & Risk

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for the package until it arrives at our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit during the return.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item, we need up to 14 days to inspect it and process the refund.

If the item meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund of the product price to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Non-Compliant Returns

  • Items that arrive damaged, dirty, altered, or in unacceptable condition will not be refunded.
  • In such cases, we may return the item to you at your expense or dispose of it.

Exceptions

  • Items returned after the 100-day period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returns that do not follow the instructions above (wrong address, no prior contact, missing order number, etc.) will not be refunded.
